In accordance with the approval from the Shanghai Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration regarding Mr. Gu Wei’s qualification as CEO of Shanghai Rare Earth Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. (Ref. [2025] 192), and based on the company’s first shareholder resolution of 2025, Mr. Gu Wei is hereby officially appointed as the CEO of Shanghai Rare Earth Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Rare Earth Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. has completed the renewal of its Insurance Broking License as of today.

Rare Earth Insurance Partners Shanghai ("Rare Earth Shanghai") was officially reshuffled in mainland China. Rare Earth Shanghai is targeted to be an independent wholesale insurance broker in mainland China, providing expertise and competitive commercial insurance products to insureds and retail brokers.
